Shipping policy

All packages will be delivered by our dedicated delivery service and we will track every order.  Delivery will usually be between 1-5 working days for small products and within 14 days for larger products.

Trade delivery of coffee beans estimate up to 10 working days for the first order and then within 5-7 working date for repeat orders.

There may be situations where the buyer will be contacted by a member of the Customer service team to arrange alternative delivery options in cases where the provider (delivery company) may be too busy therefore delaying the time.  We will ensure that either an alternative option gets arranged in unforeseen circumstances.
